Stemfest Sunderland
This dynamic, cost-free event, delivered by your local STEM Ambassador Hub, is designed to kindle enthusiasm and clarity among young minds in the North East schools about the wonders of STEM subjects. We extend a warm invitation to STEM businesses in the area to partake in this occasion, aiming to inspire and guide the next generation towards rewarding careers in STEM.
The Exhibition
The North East STEM Hub, in partnership with the Foundation of Light, is delivering #STEMFest 2024 over 3 days in October.
The event will be held at The Beacon of Light, Sunderland, 8th-10th Oct
This year we are focusing our STEM zones on the growth sectors in the region including:
SPACE - TECHNOLOGY - E-SPORTS/SPORTS - ENERGY - MANUFACTURING
This event, coordinated by the North East STEM Hub, aims to encourage and inspire young people from local schools in the STEM subjects. We are inviting North East businesses working in the above sectors to participate in this event which aims to inspire and encourage young people to consider a career in these sectors.
As an exhibitor at STEMFest you will deliver fun, interactive sessions relating to your industry. Around 3000 young people aged from 9 - 13yrs from the region’s schools are expected to attend the event across the three days.
